These terms and conditions of sale and delivery (hereinafter called "CSD") apply to all legal relationships between the Atelier Manus Foundation (hereinafter called "Atelier Manus") and its private, non-commercial customers and institutional customers (hereinafter called "customer"). They govern the rights and obligations of Atelier Manus and its customers, unless and insofar as these are otherwise regulated in individual contracts. Any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with these CSD shall require the express written confirmation of Atelier Manus in order to be valid.

The CSD may be amended by Atelier Manus at any time.

The offer and catalogue prices and catalogue details of Atelier Manus constitute a non-binding invitation to the customer to purchase products/services from Atelier Manus. Prices and specifications may be changed without prior notice. Prior sale remains reserved.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including the statutory value-added tax. For orders of CHF 5,000 or more, a deposit may be required (in particular to cover the purchase of raw materials).

We provide samples upon request. These will be invoiced if the order is not executed.

The amount for an industry-standard sampling is a maximum of 150 Swiss francs.

Conditions of payment
Issued invoices from Atelier Manus are payable in CHF within 30 calendar days net or against advance payment or cash on delivery. Discounts and other deductions are not permitted and will be charged subsequently. In the event of late payment by the customer, Atelier Manus shall be entitled to charge CHF 25 per reminder as well as interest on arrears of 5%.


Within Switzerland, shipping is always free of charge. Express surcharges will be invoiced.


The effective postage and packaging costs will be charged. Express surcharges will be charged separately. Customs duties, taxes and expenses shall be borne by the recipient. Dispatch is only possible against advance payment.

A minimum order value of 100 Swiss francs applies.

Terms of delivery
Delivery deadlines will be met as far as possible, but are non-binding unless otherwise agreed. Delays in delivery (due to force majeure, fire, strike, accident, lack of goods and transport facilities, transport delay, impossibility of procuring the ordered goods from the regular supplier, non-compliance with the delivery period prescribed to the seller or due to any possible reasons beyond the control of Atelier Manus) shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages of any kind. Delivery is made at the risk of the recipient.

Returns / Exchange
A return / exchange of goods is only possible within 8 calendar days after delivery and after prior consultation with Atelier Manus. Returned or exchanged goods will only be taken back with a deduction of 10% (but at least CHF 10.-) of the invoice value for handling charges. In addition, the returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition. The customer shall bear the costs of returning or transporting the goods. Products that have been specially manufactured for the customer are completely excluded from a return.

Customer complaints
Complaints about defects must be made in writing without delay, but within 8 calendar days of receipt of the delivery at the latest. Complaints and grievances about damage during transport must be addressed by the customer directly to the last carrier before receipt.

Protection of data privacy
All personal data made available to Atelier Manus shall be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and protected against unauthorised processing by appropriate technical and organisational measures. The customer is aware and explicitly agrees that his personal data necessary for order processing and archiving will be stored on data carriers. The data will be used for business processing. Atelier Manus is entitled to use the data for the purpose of the credit check and the creditworthiness monitoring, as far as necessary for the business transaction. The customer may revoke his consent in writing at any time with effect for the future. In the event of revocation, Atelier Manus undertakes to delete the personal data unless a transaction has not yet been fully processed or the continued storage is necessary for the business activities of Atelier Manus.

Without the prior written consent of Atelier Manus, these contents may not be reproduced or used in any form, either in whole or in part. It is also not permitted to store or reproduce images, illustrations or graphics. Excluded are special links that are offered for download.

Place of fulfilment and place of jurisdiction
The Swiss law is to be applied. The place of fulfilment and the exclusive place of jurisdiction for both contracting parties is Brig/Switzerland.
